Built from one truck
and a work ethic.
In 2011, Rob started Valley Plumbing with a single truck and a straightforward promise — show up on time, do the job right, and charge a fair price. There was no venture capital, no franchise playbook. Just Rob, his tools, and a reputation built one job at a time across Salt Lake City.
The work grew by word of mouth. Homeowners called their neighbors. Neighbors called their friends. Plumbing and excavation ran side by side from day one, and in 2025 we expanded into full HVAC service. Today Valley Plumbing runs 50+ Utah cities with a crew of licensed, in-house technicians — no subcontractors, no middlemen.
That original promise is still the operating manual. Every technician is state-licensed, background-checked, and trained in-house. Every job gets flat-rate pricing quoted before work begins. Every emergency call gets a real person on the line, day or night.
